About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Nunavut Field Unit. The successful candidate will assist the Asset Manager in managing files related to construction, purchase, maintenance, renovation, and improvement of assets in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate contractors and staff to ensure regular operations and maintenance of existing assets.
  • Strategic and technical planning to execute multi-year projects with complex logistics and specific transport requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of existing assets.
  • Develop plans and strategies to ensure assets are functioning well and maintained adequately.
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience, training, and education.
  • Experience in managing contracting and procurement processes.
  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, technical specialists, consultants, and/or contractors.
