Maintenance and Planning Coordinator Specialist

Qulliq Energy Corporation, a leading utility company in Canada's territory, is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Planning Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution systems in the Qikiqtaaluk Region.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance and Planning Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling programs for all distribution work performed in the Qikiqtaaluk Region. This includes:
• Scheduling and assigning distribution maintenance activities in the Qikiqtaaluk region
• Ensuring all annual regional distribution maintenance targets are accomplished
• Collaborating with the Manager, Distribution and Fleet Operations to schedule planned outages and coordinate and report on distribution system outages
• Coordinating with the Engineering department to plan, design, and execute recoverable and capital projects
• Liaising with other supervisors in the Operations department to plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance projects
• Liaising with contractors to coordinate line crew activities
• Reporting on weekly material usage and ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• Experience preparing capital and operating budgets
• Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system
• Formal training with Microsoft Office software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
