About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Co-op Program as a Sales Co-op. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and develop a deep understanding of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain a growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) business by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers.
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Sell and service customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • Merchandise our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers.
Key Aspects of the Assignment
  • POS optimization.
  • Innovation Launch & Sustainment.
  • Customer Development Agreement optimization.
  • Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

Qualifications
  • Available to work full-time.
  • Currently in your third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
  • Valid, full driver's license, with a clean driving record & reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • Skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization.
