This is an exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo's Sales Co-op Program, where you will gain hands-on experience in sales operations and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and sustain a growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) business by selling and marketing products to a set group of retailers.
- Learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products.
- Gain critical sales experiences, including developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receiving best-in-class coaching, and engaging in career connects with Leadership.
- Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
- Sell and service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
- Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with Sales leaders and execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers.
- Valid, full driver's license, with a clean driving record and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
- High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
- A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
- A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage work schedule.
