This position is integral to enhancing the undergraduate educational experience by fostering innovative learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective employers to facilitate student placements.
- Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential employers for work-integrated learning opportunities.

- Advise students on university policies, career development, and job search strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to enhance the Co-op Internship Program.
- Support students in achieving program milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in experiential learning environments.
- Strong understanding of career coaching and job search methodologies.
- Proven experience in developing and sustaining employer partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
