Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with current and prospective employers.
- Conducting outreach to identify potential partnerships for student placements.
- Researching industry trends to enhance program offerings.
- Organizing events that connect students with employers and faculty.
- Promoting internship opportunities through various channels.
- Providing guidance to students regarding university policies and career development.
- Monitoring student progress and ensuring they meet program requirements.
- Conducting site visits to evaluate student placements and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in student support within an experiential learning context.

- Proven experience in building and maintaining employer partnerships.
- Familiarity with eLearning tools and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex university policies and community regulations.
