We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
