At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing contracts, opening and distributing mail, and performing data entry tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain accurate records.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and one year to less than two years of experience in a related field.

  • Work Environment: The Administrative Coordinator will work in a fast-paced office environment with a permanent schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: The primary language of work is English.
