At Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The successful candidate will establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and oversee the development of communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field. They will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, and overseeing the preparation of reports. They will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide excellent customer service.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including dental, health care, and vision care benefits.
