Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our team and clients
  • Assist with payroll administration and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office
