Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.

Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Identify client needs and preferences, providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their financial objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations to enhance your expertise and make informed recommendations to clients
- Work closely with internal partners to deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints

Requirements
- Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it within the training period
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Digital literacy and proficiency in various software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
