**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Relationship Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business results.

**About the Role:**

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with referral networks to build a pipeline of new mortgage business and increase BMO's share of the home financing market.
  • You will actively identify sales opportunities and refer them to BMO colleagues as appropriate.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities:

Major Accountabilities:
  • Proactively contact referral and origination sources identified through national partnerships and create local partnerships to discuss home financing solutions.
  • Assist with the implementation of targeted marketing programs, promotions, and other initiatives.
  • Serve as a partner to branch teams to properly hand off customers, finalize mortgage documentation, and refer customers with non-mortgage needs.
  • Guide customers throughout the mortgage application and processing activities.

**Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the mortgage industry.
  • An undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Functional knowledge of personal banking, investments, trust services, business, and commercial lending, and cash management.

**Salary Estimate:** The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on data from reputable sources and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
