Director of Project Strategy and Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Project Strategy and Growth to lead our project and program management discipline across the Americas market. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to build on Mace's unprecedented growth, driving expansion in the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buidling Americas presence through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives
- Maturing our project and program management offering by enhancing processes and procedures
- Leading the delivery of our Center of Excellence (CoE) plan to drive efficiency and innovation
Requirements:
- Relevant MBA or bachelor’s degree
- Commercial and financial acumen with experience in managing large teams and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management procedures and best practices
- A strong advisory mentality with complex governance arrangement management skills
- Awareness of contract and commercial procedures, as well as digital tools and innovative trends in service delivery
- External networking and business development skills, including carbon and sustainability considerations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have held a key strategic role in a major project or program and possess up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations. They should be able to effectively communicate their vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
