At Pinchin, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Remediation Project Lead to join our team in Mississauga/Markham, ON. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled project manager to take on challenging remediation projects and lead a team of professionals.

We offer a competitive compensation package with estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on the level of experience and qualifications of the successful candidate. Our benefits include extended health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and profit-sharing program.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Geology, or related Science and be licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng.) or other applicable disciplines. We are looking for someone with at least 10-15 years of experience in environmental consulting, particularly in project management, risk assessment, and remediation technologies.

Responsibilities will include managing multiple long-term projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of Ontario Regulation 153/04 and other environmental regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Geology, or related Science
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario (P.Eng.) or other applicable disciplines
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in environmental consulting
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
