We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our nuclear projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and drive our company's success in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive project plans tailored to nuclear requirements, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Oversee sales, bid development, and delivery of high-value, complex energetics research, and development programs for specific clients.
  3. Develop and maintain program and project systems to ensure accurate finance and resource management, aligned with customer requirements and contract milestones.
  4. Oversee all phases of project execution, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  5. Lead strategic initiatives to secure nuclear projects, demonstrating expertise and credibility within the industry.
  6. Ensure project governance, commercial approval of bids and purchase orders, senior stakeholder management, and portfolio-level scheduling.
  7. Manage projects involving non-standard technical processes and high levels of risk due to hazardous activities, ensuring effective management of change, risk, and opportunities.
  8. Ensure successful project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction, fostering long-term client relationships.
  9. Present regular finance and progress reports to the upper executive, stakeholders, and government regulators.
  10. Maintain stringent health, safety, and environmental standards, exceeding regulatory requirements.
  11. Conduct regular project status reviews and resource schedule meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
