  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Remediation Senior Engineer to join our team at Pinchin. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and advance your career in environmental remediation.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Manage projects related to environmental site assessments, data analysis, and interpretation.
    • Prepare work plans and reports, including Record of Site Condition filings.
    • Lead and mentor junior and intermediate staff, overseeing sub-contractors and project financials.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new business and generating proposals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
    • Licensed Professional in Ontario with the Professional Engineers Ontario (P.Eng. or LET) is required, or an ability to obtain the License within one year from the employment.
    • At least 10-15 years of consulting experience, with the last 5 years in project management, completing environmental site assessments and filing Record of Site Conditions.
    • Strong knowledge of geotechnical, hydrogeological, and environmental site assessment principles.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, mentor staff, and develop client relationships.
    • Experience with invoicing, budgeting, and other project-related financial management.
