About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Associate to join our Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) team at Stryker Canada ULC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of one of our fastest-growing divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales leadership teams, including new product launches, marketing promotions, and medical education programs.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and local representatives to evaluate local trends and identify opportunities for accelerated growth and priority of CMF products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Max Face and Neuro.
  • Present and demonstrate CMF portfolio products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Develop and evaluate marketing plans and programs to ensure focus and direction are delivering results in line with sales growth commitments.
  • Provide market insights to internal stakeholders, global marketing contacts, and senior leadership to increase operational efficiencies and enhance understanding of the Canadian CMF marketplace.
  • Represent the business unit at national and regional meetings with customers.
  • Develop new strategies, sales tools, and communication plans for various products and customer bases.
  • Provide product expertise in the OR to sales and surgical teams.
  • Create additional sales training tools and resources to assist in continued understanding of business unit product offerings.
  • Develop pricing approaches and levels consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
Requirements
  • University degree in Sciences, Kinesiology, Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales of medical devices.
  • Previous experience in the operating room or hospital is an asset.
  • Experience in Oral Facial and/or Neurosurgery is preferred.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
