About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Associate to join our team at Stryker Canada ULC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business results for our Injury Prevention portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national marketing tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results
  • Provide sales support through education, problem-solving, tool development, and project management
  • Support brand and marketing managers in the development and sales support of marketing segments
  • Perform sales and marketing analysis, assist with trade shows, literature development, and presentations
  • Responsible for product or portfolio targeting and positioning
  • Gather internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders
  • Provide sales training, develop roadmaps, and support new product launches
  • Develop sales tools and drive marketing campaign execution
  • Direct sales support in the field
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • Eligible to work in a healthcare environment and travel to the U.S required
