About the Role:

Stryker Canada ULC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team as a Senior Marketing Associate, Sage. This role will be responsible for overseeing the marketing of the Injury Prevention portfolio in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive the performance of the Injury Prevention business for Stryker Canada.
  • Support the greater Medical Marketing team in Canada by owning territory assessments across Acute Care, Sage, and Emergency Care.
  • Manage the company's collateral sharing platform, Highspot.
  • Coordinate and manage sales support through education of the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem-solving, tool development, and projects as assigned.
  • Provide support to Brand/Marketing Managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Develop, drive, and support national tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results.
  • Perform sales and marketing analysis, assist with trade shows, literature development, and presentations.
  • Responsible for product or portfolio targeting and positioning.
  • Gather internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders.
  • Provide sales training, develop roadmaps, and support new product launches.
  • Develop sales tools and drive marketing campaign execution.
  • Direct sales support in the field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of work experience required.
  • Eligible to work in a healthcare environment and travel to the U.S required.

Travel Percentage: 40%
