Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing our current state of CRM marketing and identifying opportunities to increase lead generation, set up marketing automation, and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and existing marketing team to determine our current state of CRM marketing
  • Help us understand where there are opportunities to increase lead generation and set up marketing automation
  • Develop and implement a marketing automation strategy to grow our business
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing automation initiatives

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in CRM marketing
  • Expertise with Zoho, Salesforce, or another CRM platform
  • Strategic mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

About You

We are looking for a Senior Level Marketing professional with strong CRM marketing skills that drive lead generation and help grow a business to the next level. You should be comfortable taking an audit of an environment and making suggestions on how an organization can make changes to achieve their operational goals.
