The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and responsive Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Timmins. As a key member of our team, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience to our valued clients, their loved ones, and the community healthcare practitioners that make up their care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the customer experience by welcoming, engaging with, and meeting the needs of clients and visitors on-site.
  • Collaborate with teams to oversee client order administration, process payment, and manage bank deposits, billing & payments as needed.
  • Coordinate all details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved.
What You Bring
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases, with a willingness to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people and work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs.
