Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
