Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with rental needs, providing information and resolution to their inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Provide a high level of customer service, assessing rental needs and providing solutions
- Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and timely experience
- Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
- Effectively market the company, promoting our services and products
- High school diploma or above required; some college preferred
- At least 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
- Valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.05
