We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Citizen Services Officer to join our team at Service Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve client issues in a fair and timely manner, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Security and Safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, dependability, and analytical skills.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service role, with occasional employment and bilingual language skills.
