Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
