We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records of guest information.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide assistance to guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
- Availability: 40 hours per week.
