The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing large or multiple smaller projects in the energy industry. Key responsibilities include driving program and/or project execution, managing risk, ensuring adherence to established processes, and proactive project/client management.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of programs and/or projects while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes.
- Oversee one large or multiple smaller projects in terms of deliverables as agreed to with clients.
- Manage deadlines and ensure appropriate communication when schedule and cost conflicts arise.
- Review design, engineering, and procurement schedules for compliance with project schedule.
- Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Build an inclusive, high-performance culture based on respect and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15+ years' experience in a Project Management or equivalent role.
- Strong external network and track record managing client relationships.
- Completed formal training in project management, PMP certification preferred.
- Engineering degree in a related discipline or technical diploma from post-secondary institution is an asset.
