Pipeline Director for Mainline and Trans Québec

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Director to lead our Mainline and Trans Québec & Maritimes Operations in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of maintenance programs and projects, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and coaching and mentoring staff to support their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of maintenance programs and projects, including expense and capital planning.
- Building strong positive relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders to optimize outage planning and enable efficient execution of the maintenance strategy and plan.
- Capturing and sharing best practices across regions and business units.
- Effective management of resources to maximize efficiency in planning, forecasting, and allocation.
- Developing and managing large and dynamic budgets.
- Understanding and managing asset risks and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, provincial, and local regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures pertaining to operations and maintenance.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education in a related field.
- Deep experience in the operation and maintenance of oil/gas pipelines and facilities.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor staff in performance and development.
- Proven leadership track record that engages, motivates, and effectively drives performance of team members, as well as promoting a culture of accountability and respect in the workplace.
- Strong leadership, management, judgment, and decision-making ability.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- effectively manage a geographically diverse workforce;
- initiate change and help others adapt to a continuously changing environment;
- Competency in both English and French.
What We Offer
- An estimated annual salary range of $170,000 - $230,000 based on location and experience.
- A hybrid work model allowing for flexibility in the way we work.
- Relocation eligibility for domestic relocation program.
