Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary of $90,000 per year. Job Description

The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing safety practices and procedures across all divisions within the company. This individual will work closely with management, frontline employees, and contractors to identify hazards, implement safety programs, and promote a culture of safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Occupational Health and Safety Practitioners Certificate, CRST, CRSP or a related designation (preferred)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a safety management or supervisory role, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction setting
  • In-depth knowledge of Provincial regulations and safety management systems
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess risks and implement effective control measures
  • Proficient with safety software, reporting tools and Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, including extended workdays, weekends, and statutory holidays
