Baker - Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Estacion Filipino Food Inc. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake pastries, bread, and desserts according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Prepare special orders for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- 5 years or more of experience in a baking or pastry-related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Fast-paced environment and physically demanding work.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a high volume of customers.
- Stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
