Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for various baked goods including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, following recipes or special customer requests.
  • Create pastries for special events such as weddings and birthdays.

  • Bake and finish mixed dough and batters.
  • Train and supervise staff in food preparation and safety practices.
  • Prepare and fulfill special orders.
  • Oversee baking personnel and kitchen operations.
  • Decorate cakes and baked items to meet customer specifications.
  • Develop production schedules to ensure timely output.
  • Ensure product quality meets established standards through regular inspections.
