Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mucho Burrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
