Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Food Services Supervisor** to oversee our culinary operations at 10374687 Canada Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our food service department.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or a non-university diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
  • Restaurant
  • Hotel, motel, or resort settings
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff regarding job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of **5-10 individuals**.
