Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Balaji Corporation Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and walk frequently.
