Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food products are prepared and presented to a high standard, and that quality control procedures are followed at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and controlling costs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management, including providing feedback and coaching.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Environment: Noisy, odours, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, walking, attention to detail.
  • Benefits: Health care plan, parking available, permanent employment, 35 to 40 hours per week.
