Mobile Device Coordinator

Job Summary
The Mobile Device Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining day-to-day operations by troubleshooting and managing mobile devices for team members. This includes training staff on device usage, ensuring seamless field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor mobile device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance.
- Inventory control, activation, deployment, and de-activation of mobile devices.
- Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees.
- Identify training needs, document opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training to new workers during the Onboarding Process.
- Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Considerations
- Effort (Mental & Physical)
- Travel required to regional locations.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Overtime as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Post-secondary education.
- 2 years of training experience preferred.

- Proven ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, evaluate, and improve others.
- Able to custom-fit training materials around individual needs.
- Excellent listening, observing, and questioning skills.
