About the Role


The Mobile Device Systems Manager is a critical position that plays a key role in maintaining day-to-day operations by troubleshooting and managing mobile devices for team members. This includes training staff on device usage, ensuring optimal performance, and identifying areas for improvement.



Key Responsibilities



  • Monitor and advise management on worker performance through Alerts Management systems and publish statistics on goal achievement.
  • Manage inventory control, activation, deployment, and de-activation of mobile devices.
  • Track device retrieval from inactive and terminated employees.
  • IDentify relevant training needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training to new workers during the Onboarding Process.
  • Troubleshoot basic device issues as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Other Considerations



  • Mental and physical effort required.
  • Travel may be required to regional locations.
  • Manual dexterity necessary for using desktop computers and peripherals.
  • Overtime may be required.


Qualifications and Education Requirements



  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • 2 years of training experience is preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
