HR Operations Coordinator

Plasman is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and perform other general office duties.
  • Assist with planning facility events and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage contractors' WSIB clearance through the WSIB website.
  • Enter purchase requisitions in Trans4M where required.
  • Work with the HR Manager to perform various administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative/office experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Data entry experience.
