As a Wireless Store Manager at The Mobile Shop, you will lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will engage customers in sales activities, provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives, and develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.A Day in the Life of a Wireless Store Manager:
  • Leading a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Engaging customers in sales activities as part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Overseeing inventory levels and implementing strategies to minimize shrinkage.
  • Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales.
  • Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses and financial performance.
