At ParaMed, we're dedicated to providing compassionate care and helping people live better. We're seeking a Mobile Device Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations by troubleshooting and managing mobile devices of team members, as well as training staff on the use of their devices. This role is essential as our field staff rely heavily on their devices every shift.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mobile device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
  • Inventory control, activation, deployment, and de-activation of mobile devices.
  • Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees.
  • Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training to new workers during the Onboarding Process.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
Considerations:
  • Effort (Mental & Physical).
  • Travel to regional locations may be required.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Overtime as required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Two years of training experience is preferred.

This is a full-time position. Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
