Job Summary

Pulse Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our medical professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather case histories and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of our medical professionals' time
  • Develop and maintain a secure and organized filing system for patient records
  • Procure necessary supplies and manage inventory to maintain a well-stocked office
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and maintain confidential medical files and records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols
  • Compile and present financial statements and reports as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
  • Reliability and accuracy in maintaining confidential records and performing administrative tasks
