Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tutti Frutti Breakfast & Lunch. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
Performance Reviews and Cost ControlConduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Inventory Management and Health and SafetyOrganize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all products are stocked and rotated properly, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
Customer Service and MarketingProvide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
Supervision and Team ManagementSupervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements- Education and Experience
College/CEGEP education and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
