Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tutti Frutti Breakfast & Lunch. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, manage staff, and ensure that all employees are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all products are stocked and available for customers.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that all customer concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our establishment and attract new customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
