Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at BAR BURRITO MEXICAN GRILL. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to maintain profitability and ensure that our menu offerings are priced competitively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise 1 to 2 people
