Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at New Minas Irving Big Stop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Train and supervise a team of 11-15 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, taking steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Order Taking and Service: Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Point of Sale: Present bills to customers and process payments in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
