About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at BAR BURRITO MEXICAN GRILL. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure that we are operating within our budget and making a profit.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
