Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at BAR BURRITO MEXICAN GRILL. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervision: Supervise 1 to 10 employees, depending on the restaurant's needs.
- Transportation and Travel: Own transportation or use public transportation to travel to and from work.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and team player qualities.
- Experience: Have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Other Benefits: Enjoy free parking, a permanent position, and work 30 hours per week.
