Senior Project Manager - Business Development

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of business requirement documents and user story backlog for a new case management system.

Our client requires a Senior Project Manager to:

  • Participate in or lead working sessions with clients, business analysts, system architecture, developers, and IT Security resources to elaborate needs and clarify requirements, business models, and processes.
  • Perform assessment and document business processes models, including business process modeling using BPMN methodology and capture data flows.
  • Perform gap analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement between current and proposed business processes for the IT system and the client.
  • Document deliverables using the project's standard tools, such as Dynamics CRM, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • Work with various client subject matter experts to identify and document business and system requirements.
  • Elicit requirements from business partners and document those requirements.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the IT Project Team.
  • Provide verbal and written briefings to the IT Project Team, including internal stakeholders (e.g., senior management).
  • Review the project schedule and provide recommendations for any revisions.
    • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within the Federal Government.
    • 5+ years of experience building BRDs as a Business Analyst.
    • 2+ years of experience creating documents using Dynamics CRM, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.

Nice-to-have: Experience working on a case management solution.
