About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Communications Director to join our team at Afolabi Business Law Professional Corporation. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading our marketing and communications efforts, developing and implementing strategies to promote our services, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of marketing and communications professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in marketing and communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
