We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations at beBee Professionals in Sault Ste. Marie.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
